Nancy Howard began her journey in real estate in the 1980s, inspired by her grandfather, the Broker/Owner of West Coast Properties in Santa Barbara County. However, it wasn't until 2003, after her two sons had transitioned to college, that she fully committed to a career in real estate. In 2009, she established Howard West Coast Realty, where she serves as Broker/Owner.
Nancy specializes in the North County Coastal and Inland areas of San Diego County, offering a comprehensive range of services.
