About Nancy Kaman

Nancy Kramer Kaman is a proud descendant of some of Florida's earliest families, with roots extending back to both the Spanish and British eras of St. Augustine. As a second-generation Realtor in this historic city, Nancy's passion for real estate was cultivated through her parents, Peggy Ponce Kramer and Emerson Kramer, who ran their own agency for over two decades.

At just 19, Nancy completed her real estate coursework and successfully passed the Florida real estate exam. She furthered her education at Flagler College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 1988. In 1994, she obtained her teaching certification from the University of North Florida and spent nearly a decade teaching in the St. Johns County School District. During this time, she also earned a Master’s Degree in Supervision and Administration from UNF and, in 2013, completed her studies in Occupational Therapy, receiving an Associate of Arts from Daytona State College.

While balancing various career paths and raising three children with her husband, Brian, Nancy remained committed to her real estate education and personal property investments, maintaining her license continuously since 1985. In the past six and a half years, she has established a successful career as a full-time Realtor and earned the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). This certification allows her to leverage her extensive knowledge and network to assist clients in downsizing or aging in place.

Although Nancy embraces modern technology in her marketing strategies, she firmly believes that exceptional personal service is vital to success. Known for her dedication and service-oriented approach, she strives to provide her clients with the attention and support they deserve.
