Starting her real estate career in 1983, Nancy recalls a time when Temecula and Murrieta were vastly different—without traffic signals, an incomplete freeway, and the Temecula Promenade Mall still a dairy farm. Her extensive experience has allowed her to observe the region's remarkable transformation firsthand, and she possesses in-depth knowledge of each development area. Throughout her career, she has successfully sold homes in every neighborhood, as well as estate properties and large parcels to wineries, farmers, developers, and investors.

Nancy's commitment to the region stems from its natural beauty and a comprehensive master plan designed to preserve vineyards and larger parcels for future generations. Since beginning her career, she has consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents in the area, earning numerous awards and President's Club designations. Notably, she played a significant role in the "Adopt a Marine" program, which provided a home-away-from-home experience for Camp Pendleton Marines during Thanksgiving.

Married to Gregg for over 33 years, Nancy has raised three children—two daughters and a son—in Temecula. She cherishes time spent with her two grandsons and enjoys gardening, practicing yoga, and exploring the local wineries.
