Nancy Santos, the broker and a sales agent, has been immersed in the real estate industry since she and her husband, Tony Santos, began their journey together in 1978. Their early passion for real estate led them to invest actively, allowing them to acquire in-depth knowledge of the market across San Diego County, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Las Vegas, and Arizona.

In 2009, Nancy founded NA Capital Inc. and launched a property management company in Coronado. By 2016, recognizing the necessity of managing their own listings and acquisitions within their expanding portfolio, she obtained her broker’s license. Since then, Nancy has been dedicated to assisting clients in achieving their real estate aspirations, whether they are first-time homebuyers, multi-unit investors, or seeking commercial real estate opportunities.
