Her professional contributions extend to her service on the Grievance and Professional Standards Committee for the Inland Valleys Board of Realtors, where she served for over five years. Before her real estate career, Natalie worked at the University of California, holding various management and research roles at both the Riverside and Irvine campuses from 1992 to 2000. Following that, she embarked on a personal sabbatical from 2000 to 2004, during which she traveled extensively through Mexico and Central America on her 36-foot sailboat, La Buena Vida, and became fluent in Spanish. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach.
