Natalie, a Michigan native, has called the Florida Keys home for over a decade. After completing her high school education at Marathon High School, she pursued an Associate's Degree at the University of Central Florida and is currently working towards her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at Nova Southeastern University.

In 2010, Natalie joined Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Co., where she embraced the opportunity to assist clients in finding their ideal piece of paradise. In 2011, she partnered with a top-producing agent as an assistant and Realtor Associate, gaining invaluable experience in the real estate industry. By 2013, the four-member team achieved an impressive sales volume of $28.8 million, securing the second position within the company.

In April 2014, Natalie decided to embark on her own journey as an independent agent while remaining with Coldwell Banker Schmitt. Her enthusiasm, drive, and strong communication skills distinguish her in the competitive real estate market. She is committed to utilizing Coldwell Banker Schmitt’s “Everyday Until It Is Sold” marketing program to ensure sellers receive optimal terms and pricing for their homes.

Living in the Keys, Natalie fully embraces the local lifestyle, enjoying its diverse offerings. She is engaged to Josh Ardis, a charter boat captain who operates A&T Sportfishing aboard the Finest Kind. Together, they share their lives with two Shih Tzus, Bubba and Odie. In her leisure time, Natalie enjoys fishing, diving, volleyball, shopping, golf, running, and traveling, as well as savoring the breathtaking sunsets of the Keys with a glass of wine.

Natalie is actively involved in various community organizations, including the Business and Professional Women of Marathon, the Young Professionals Network, Relay for Life, the City of Marathon Chamber of Commerce, and serves as a Director for the Marathon and Lower Keys Association of Realtors. She appreciates the strong sense of community in the Keys, where residents readily support one another, a quality she values alongside the region's renowned fishing and diving opportunities.
