About Nathan Lyman

Nathan's roots in a small Iowa town instilled in him a strong sense of teamwork, hospitality, and family values from an early age. Inspired by his father, a dedicated dentist who built his own practice through hard work, Nathan learned the importance of commitment and perseverance.

He pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Finance at the University of Iowa, where he also played for the Hawkeyes football team, further reinforcing his dedication and work ethic. It was during this time that Nathan discovered his passion for real estate. With a natural affinity for numbers, he enjoyed the challenge of identifying optimal deals and negotiating favorable prices. This, combined with his enthusiasm for homes and a desire to assist others, made a career in real estate a logical choice.

After graduating, Nathan relocated to the Des Moines metro area, where he has been honing his skills ever since. His finance background equips him to specialize in investment properties and new construction, and he collaborates with Cedarbrook Builders as a New Construction Certified agent.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Nathan enjoys spending time on the golf courses of the Des Moines metro, supporting the Hawkeyes, and cherishing moments with friends and family. He resides in Waukee with his wife, Anastasia, their daughter, Amelia, and their two dogs, Louis and Rosie.
