Naydaly Ortolaza's journey into real estate began with her own experience as a first-time homebuyer. Originally from Caguas, Puerto Rico, Naydaly moved to Rochester, New York, with her family in the early 1990s. After over two decades in Rochester, she has established her own family, becoming a devoted wife and mother to three children, as well as a proud owner of a four-year-old Schnauzer. In her leisure time, she enjoys cooking and cherishing moments with her family.

For the past ten years, Naydaly has successfully operated an in-home family daycare in Rochester while pursuing her Associate in Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Childhood Education. Her dedication to early childhood education was recognized in 2013 when she received the Start Bright Impact Award for her significant contributions to the lives of local children and families.
