Nelson Chen serves as the President of The Chen Agency, located in Fort Lee, New Jersey. He began his career in real estate at the age of 18, and over the past three decades, he has established himself as a leading figure in the industry.

In 1998, the Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors recognized Nelson as Realtor of the Year, an accolade that reflects his commitment to the Realtor code of ethics, active participation in local and national associations, significant business achievements, and dedication to community service.
