About Nelson White

With a career in real estate that commenced in 1989, this seasoned professional initially focused on the acquisition, rehabilitation, and resale of residential properties throughout San Diego County. Over an 11-year period, their company successfully bought and sold 89 homes. In 1994, they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from San Diego State University.

In 1996, they became a licensed real estate salesperson in California, subsequently obtaining their broker’s license. Their journey began at Prudential California Realty in Bonita, where they distinguished themselves by earning the Rookie of the Year award in their first year of sales. Following the departure of their branch owners from the Prudential franchise, they transitioned to a Realty Executives franchise, where they emerged as a top producer and later accepted a branch manager role for a new office.

In 2005, they joined Pickford Realty Limited, a prominent Prudential franchise, where they gained invaluable insights into the firm’s operations. Their experience included co-managing offices in Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe, as well as overseeing operations in Solana Beach and Encinitas. After the Encinitas branch closed in 2008, they returned to real estate sales, specializing in bank-owned properties and averaging 50 sales per year for the next three years.

In late 2011, they resumed branch management at Prudential’s Downtown and Point Loma offices, where they continue to lead these high-profile locations. They are committed to fostering growth among agents, leveraging advanced technology and offering extensive training programs. They take pride in mentoring new agents, ensuring they develop the confidence and skills necessary for success.

Outside of real estate, this professional enjoys global travel, fine dining, weightlifting, reading, and spending quality time with friends and their dogs. A proud native of San Diego, they are deeply connected to the community.

**Specialties:** Over 24 years of sales experience, more than 14 years in people management, and extensive expertise in contract negotiation, strategic marketing, and recruitment.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in San Diego County, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders prospecting for referral partners, title and escrow companies building agent relationships, PropTech platforms looking for early adopters, insurance providers offering E&O or home warranty products, continuing education providers, and recruiters looking to grow their brokerages are all regular buyers of this data. These professionals need verified, deliverable contact information — not outdated spreadsheets scraped from public directories.

When you buy San Diego County real estate agent email list data from Dr. Bill, you get {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also have cell phone numbers on file. Whether you're running a drip campaign, dialing for referrals, or segmenting your outreach by city or zip code, this list gives you the reach and precision to make your marketing budget work harder than a generic statewide blast ever could.

Why Buy a San Diego County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

This data is sourced directly from the California Department of Real Estate licensing records and cross-verified through multiple channels before it ever reaches your inbox. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly to remove bounces and inactive licenses, and the entire database is completely refreshed bi-annually. The result is a 96% deliverability guarantee — a standard that cheap list brokers simply cannot match because they are recycling old data without any systematic maintenance process.

Dr. Bill has been in the list business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists to clients across the mortgage, title, insurance, recruiting, and technology sectors. That track record matters when you're choosing a data vendor. You're not gambling on a one-person side project or a discount aggregator with no accountability. You're buying from an operation that has delivered reliable agent data through multiple market cycles and platform changes.

How to Use This San Diego County Agent List

The most immediate use is email outreach through cold-email platforms. Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) is purpose-built for this type of B2B prospecting and works seamlessly with this list format. You can also use the data for direct mail campaigns, SMS or phone outreach using the cell phone records, or upload the emails into LinkedIn for matched audience advertising. Each channel compounds the others when you're running a coordinated campaign.

The list can be segmented by broker versus sales agent status, allowing you to target decision-makers at the office level separately from individual producers. This matters if you're pitching a platform that requires broker approval versus a product agents can adopt independently.

Why San Diego County, California Agent Data Matters

San Diego County spans a wide range of distinct markets — from coastal communities like La Jolla, Encinitas, and Coronado to inland areas like El Cajon, Santee, Chula Vista, and Escondido. Agents working Carlsbad are serving a very different client than agents working National City, and your messaging should reflect that. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} active licensed agents across the county, there is a substantial professional audience here that rewards precise, relevant outreach.

No other vendor offers zip code level segmentation within San Diego County — most will sell you a statewide California list and call it targeted. Dr. Bill's data lets you isolate specific zip codes, cities, or the full county depending on where your business operates. That granularity turns a generic email blast into a localized campaign that actually converts.
