About Nicholas Nelson

Nick has been immersed in the real estate industry from a young age, influenced by his father's ownership of a brokerage. After completing high school in Wisconsin, he pursued his passion for the performing arts at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, where he was accepted into the esteemed Musical Theatre program.

Following graduation, Nick toured the country with national productions, performed on cruise ships, and participated in regional theater. He eventually relocated to Orlando, Florida, where he took on a role as a dancer at Disney. It was during this time, in 2014, that he began investing in real estate, purchasing his first property and transforming it into a successful short-term vacation rental.
