About Nicholas Badalian

“Seasoned at a very young age” That is the best way to sum up Nick’s real estate background His real estate career started at the age of nineteen! While others his age were buying their first car working their first job Nick decided he wanted to purchase his first investment property The property was a fixer upper by all definitions Nick’s determination along with many sleepless nights paid off and made it a positive experience for him He completed the rehab project and sold the property just twenty months after purchasing it - all while he was attending college This project was the beginning of his enthusiasm for everything involved with real estate including property management services

After several personal investment purchases Nick decided to pursue his real estate license and in 2004 began selling residential real estate with ReMax Exclusive The experience of being a seasoned investor allowed a seamless transition for Nick and he has been a million dollar producer ever since

By January of 2006 Nick was already excelling and received special recognition for Top Team Production and Million-Dollar Producer

After countless transactions and continued recognition as Top Producer Top Agent and Million-Dollar Producer with both ReMax Exclusive and Douglas Realty LLC he decided to take his success in real estate to the next level and opened the Odenton Branch of Douglas Realty LLC and hired a full time real estate assistant in 2012

Nick continued to challenge himself and joined Fathom Realty LLC to open the very first Fathom Realty office in Maryland That wasn’t enough for Nick - so in late 2013 he hit the books and passed his Maryland Broker exam and was the first Maryland Broker & District Director for Fathom Realty MD LLC

In 2014 Nick received his Washington DC Broker's license as well

Nick grew up in Severn graduated from Old Mill High School and graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Bachelors of Science in Health Service Management Nick is married to wife Melissa and they have very active 3 year old son and 8 year old daughter Nick has recently retired after a 20 year career as a county firefighter Nick’s personal interests are hockey football and he has a passion for poker
