Nick Shepherd brings a wealth of experience to the real estate sector, having been actively engaged in various facets of the industry since 2005. His career began as a loan officer in Las Vegas, Nevada, before he returned to California in late 2006 to join Keller Williams Santa Monica, where he concentrated on residential single-family homes.
In 2010, Nick expanded his expertise by working with Power Property Management, which managed over 1,300 rental units across Southern California. However, in late 2012, he returned to his roots in residential real estate at Keller Williams Santa Monica, focusing on assisting sellers in listing their homes and condos throughout the Westside.
Since re-entering the residential market, Nick has assembled a team of experienced professionals dedicated to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying and selling experience for all clients.
