About Nicholas Rapisardi

Nicholas, a native of Maine, relocated to Sarasota from Boston, driven by his entrepreneurial ambitions. In 2009, he sought to make a meaningful impact during the aftermath of the Great Recession by obtaining his real estate license. Initially, he concentrated on assisting buyers and investors with short sales and foreclosures, closely monitoring the market's recovery.

As he gained experience, Nicholas aligned himself with a local homebuilder, where he acquired comprehensive knowledge of the new home construction process. This expertise paved the way for his transition to Keller Williams, where he began mentoring and training newer agents. His commitment to professional development led him to pursue his Broker's license, and he currently serves as the Broker for simpliHOM throughout Florida, dedicated to fostering the success of his colleagues.

Nicholas excels in problem-solving and is passionate about supporting those around him. He earned an Associate of Science degree in Audio Production in 2005 from Boston, which has honed his listening skills. In 2014, he graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership Studies and a minor in Business Administration, where he recognized the critical role of effective communication in achieving success in his business endeavors.
