He embarked on his real estate journey in 2005, primarily focusing on the Seattle market. His expertise lies in collaborating with builders and developers on the sales and marketing of multifamily communities, including condominium conversions, new high-rise constructions, and townhome developments.

Nick's success in the industry can be attributed to his strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and unwavering integrity. Since 2007, he has been drawn to the desert, initially visiting for its sunny skies and natural beauty. By 2008, he began to divide his time between Seattle and Palm Springs, ultimately making the full-time move to Palm Springs in 2015, driven by his passion for the desert lifestyle.

Outside of his professional commitments, Nick enjoys competitive swimming, cooking, wine tasting, traveling, and spending quality time with his mini golden doodle, Cooper.
