During this time, they worked for a local engineering firm, where they were responsible for designing test equipment and procedures, collaborating closely with the company’s patent attorney.

After nearly two and a half years in the engineering sector, they decided to further their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration. This pivotal moment allowed them to explore their long-standing interest in real estate, a field deeply rooted in their family history of builders and carpenters. In the summer of 2005, they enhanced their global perspective through a six-week program in Italy, focusing on International Business and the Kepner-Tregoe Mind-Based Decision Making methodology. By December 2005, they proudly earned their MBA from the University of Kentucky.
