Nicole Meador, originally from North Texas and raised in Florida, embodies the spirit of a true Texan. A dedicated fan of the Cowboys and Gators, she earned her degree in Business Administration with a minor in Education from the University of Florida in 2004. Shortly after returning to Texas, she obtained her licenses in mortgage and insurance, and soon thereafter, in 2005, she pursued her real estate license.

With extensive experience as a transaction coordinator for one of the largest real estate teams, Nicole has been involved in writing, negotiating, and closing thousands of transactions, equipping her with the knowledge to navigate a wide array of scenarios in the industry.
