Nicole Nicolay is a dedicated REALTOR® who is committed to enhancing her clients' experiences in their homes and communities.

Having grown up in the real estate industry, Nicole discovered her passion for real estate marketing early on. Over nearly a decade, she traveled extensively, training and speaking to more than 200,000 agents across the country. She developed and implemented educational programs for numerous leading real estate brands, as well as for the National Association of REALTORS®. Following the acquisition of both of her companies in 2013, Nicole transitioned into the family business as a local REALTOR®.

Her deep-rooted affection for her community, combined with her enthusiasm for education and genuine marketing, positions her as a formidable force in the real estate market. Nicole co-founded the influential local initiative "Love Livermore," aimed at fostering community engagement both online and offline. This initiative, along with her contributions, recently earned her and the group a nomination for the "Good Neighbor Award."

Nicole's achievements have not gone unnoticed; she has been honored as "Rookie of the Year" and "Grand Master" by the BayEast Association of Realtors for her exceptional sales performance and client service. Additionally, she has been recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Nicole enjoys spending time at her son's basketball games, playing volleyball with her daughter, hiking the Brushy Peak trails with her husband, and cycling along the scenic backroads of Livermore.
