About Norman Haley

Norm has been a dedicated Real Estate Broker since 1976, specializing in both listing and selling properties across Pasadena, Altadena, Sierra Madre, Arcadia, Monrovia, and the San Gabriel Valley. With ownership in over forty local property restoration projects, he brings a wealth of hands-on experience to his clients, often acting as his own general contractor. This extensive background in property rehabilitation has enabled him to cultivate a network of skilled tradespeople, ensuring that clients receive reliable recommendations for any necessary repairs.

A long-time resident of Pasadena and Altadena, Norm has called these communities home for over fifty years. He began his academic journey at Pasadena City College and later earned a degree in Business Finance and Economics from the University of Southern California. Norm is actively involved in the real estate sector, serving on the Board of Directors for the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors. He also holds the role of Presiding Hearing Officer for Interboard Arbitration and Ethics hearings for both the California Association of Realtors and the Pasadena-Foothills Association.

Outside of his professional commitments, Norm enjoys fishing, photography, and antique restoration. He dedicates over 250 hours annually to volunteer work with the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association.

As a full-time broker with more than four decades of experience, Norm prioritizes direct communication with his clients, often answering calls personally. His unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, combined with strong negotiation skills and a genuine passion for real estate, has resulted in a loyal client base and a robust stream of referrals.

In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Norm received the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors’ President’s Award in 2003, presented by President Rita Sahlein. This accolade honored his service since 1980 as an Arbitrator and Ethics Hearing Officer, reinforcing high professional standards within the field.

Norm has held various positions on the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors Board of Directors and has participated in multiple committees, including Professional Standards, Strategic Planning, and Budget & Finance. He served as Treasurer for the Association in 2006 and 2007 and is an active member of the Arcadia Association of Realtors’ Mediation Workshop and Professional Standards Committee. Additionally, he was appointed as a Professional Standards Regional Representative for the California Association of Realtors in 2007 and is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in the Los Angeles metro area, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders prospecting for referral partners, title and escrow companies building agent relationships, PropTech platforms launching in Southern California, CE providers marketing continuing education courses, insurance companies selling E&O or renters coverage, and recruiters targeting licensed talent all rely on verified agent contact data to drive their outreach. A targeted email list cuts through the noise and puts your message directly in front of the professionals who can act on it.

When you buy a Los Angeles County real estate agent email list, you are investing in a direct channel to {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, including {{CELL_COUNT}} agents with cell phone numbers on file. Whether your campaign is local, regional, or you need to drill down by city or zip code, this data gives you the geographic precision to match your service territory exactly.

Why Buy a Los Angeles County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Our data is sourced directly from the California Department of Real Estate and cross-referenced against multiple verification layers before it ever reaches your download. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is rebuilt from the ground up twice a year. That process is why we back every list with a 96% deliverability guarantee — something cheap data brokers selling stale CSV files simply cannot offer.

We have been in business since 2005 and have sold over 31,000 lists to clients ranging from solo mortgage brokers to national PropTech platforms. That track record matters when you are trusting a vendor with your campaign budget. Our Los Angeles County list is also available segmented by state, county, city, or zip code — and no other vendor on the market sells agent data at the individual zip code level within the county.

How to Use This Los Angeles County Agent List

The most common use is cold email outreach sent through a dedicated sending platform. We recommend cold-email platforms built for high-volume prospecting, and our data integrates cleanly with tools like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com, which is designed specifically for this type of outreach. You can also use the mailing addresses for direct mail campaigns or the cell phone numbers for SMS and call campaigns targeting agents in specific zip codes.

For more sophisticated campaigns, upload the list to LinkedIn for matched audience targeting, or segment by license type to separate broker-owners from sales agents under a brokerage. Broker-owners make buying decisions differently than agents do, and that distinction alone can double your response rates.

Why Los Angeles County, California Agent Data Matters

Los Angeles County spans dozens of distinct markets — from Beverly Hills and Santa Monica to Long Beach, Pasadena, Burbank, and the San Gabriel Valley — each with its own agent community and professional culture. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents across the county, a statewide California blast means the majority of your sends land outside your actual service area and dilute your results.

Local targeting lets you speak to agents who work the neighborhoods your business actually serves. A lender in Glendale does not need to pay for contacts in San Diego. Zip-code-level filtering means your message reaches the right agents in the right communities, and your cost per meaningful response drops accordingly.
