About Norman Block

Norman Block is a distinguished alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, holding three degrees from the institution. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English in 1971, followed by an MBA and a Juris Doctorate in 1978, where he graduated at the top of his MBA class. With over four decades of experience in real estate, Norman has dedicated his career to the practice, ownership, and management of real estate brokerage firms.

Currently, he serves as the manager of Block & Associates Realty in Cary, North Carolina, a firm that specializes in listings, sales, rentals, and property management, handling more than 1,000 transactions annually. In addition to his management role, Norman has been involved in the development of single-family lots and townhome sites for residential builders.

In academia, Norman holds the position of Adjunct Professor at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he is also a Professor of the Practice in Real Estate. Alongside Bob Slater, he teaches a highly regarded real estate economics course for undergraduate seniors, as well as a short-mod MBA course focused on Real Estate Decisions. His teaching excellence was recognized in 2016 when he was named an MBA Teaching All-Star. Since 2018, he has also been an Adjunct Professor at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where he continues to collaborate with Bob Slater in teaching MBA students.

Previously, Norman owned Norman Block Realtors in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, which he sold to Howard Perry & Walston in 1988. Following the sale, he took on the role of General Manager, overseeing more than 20 managers and expanding the firm from 187 to 518 agents across 11 sales offices. Under his leadership, the company achieved over a billion dollars in sales volume during his final two years.

Norman is an active member of The Shepherd’s Church and has previously participated in various community organizations, including Apex United Methodist Church, Calvary Chapel with Promise Keepers, the ALPHA Course, and Western Wake Crisis Ministries. He has served on local bank boards, various Chamber of Commerce and Country Club boards, and currently holds a position on the Board of Visitors at the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, along with other committees at UNC.

He is married to Billie Block, and together they have five children and six grandchildren. Colleagues recognize Norman for his exceptional skills in marketing and teaching. In addition to his brokerage practice, he has successfully marketed over 40 new home neighborhoods and frequently conducts educational sessions for the North Carolina Association of Realtors and other professional organizations.

If you need to reach actively licensed real estate agents in Wake County, North Carolina, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, insurance providers, continuing education companies, and recruiters all rely on targeted agent data to drive outreach that actually converts. Generic business directories won't get you there — you need verified contacts tied to a specific market.

When you buy Wake County real estate agent email list data from Dr Bill, you're getting {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents with confirmed cell phone numbers. Whether you're offering a new loan product, recruiting for a brokerage, or launching a CE course, this list puts your message directly in front of the professionals who need to hear it.

Why Buy a Wake County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record is sourced directly from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, meaning you're only reaching agents who are currently licensed and active — not expired or inactive contacts that inflate counts on cheap lists. Emails are added weekly as new agents get licensed, cleaned monthly to remove bad addresses, and the entire database is fully refreshed every six months. A 96% deliverability rate is guaranteed, which protects your sender reputation and your campaign budget.

Discount list vendors cut corners by recycling old files and skipping verification. That means bounced emails, spam complaints, and wasted spend. Dr Bill has been in business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists — the track record speaks for itself. You're not buying a stale CSV from a data reseller; you're buying a maintained, professionally managed asset.

How to Use This Wake County Agent List

The most immediate use is email outreach through a cold-email platform like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com, which is built specifically for high-volume, compliant prospecting campaigns. You can also use the list for direct mail, SMS campaigns using the included cell numbers, or as a seed audience for LinkedIn matched targeting to keep your brand in front of the same agents across channels.

The list ships with enough data to segment by broker versus sales agent, letting you tailor your message depending on who makes purchasing decisions in a given firm. If you're selling a software tool, target brokers. If you're marketing a CE course, hit every agent in the county. Segmentation turns a single list purchase into multiple focused campaigns.

Why Wake County, North Carolina Agent Data Matters

Wake County is home to Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Garner, and several other fast-growing communities, each with its own concentration of active agents. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} verified contacts across the county, targeting at this level means your outreach is relevant and local rather than diluted across an entire state file where most recipients have no interest in what you're offering.

No other vendor provides agent data segmented to the zip code level within Wake County — only Dr Bill offers that precision. Whether you need agents in a single zip code in North Raleigh or across every city in the county, the data is available at the state, county, city, or zip code level to match exactly how you go to market.
