About Olga Baum

Olga Baum brings over two decades of experience in real estate, having personally navigated the buying and selling of properties for both residential and investment purposes. Her keen eye for detail and design enables her to identify and secure properties that maximize profitability. "Every real estate transaction, whether residential or commercial, should be a sound investment," Olga asserts. Her unique blend of brokerage expertise, marketing acumen, property valuation skills, and analytical capabilities ensures that her clients receive exceptional service, whether they are selling or acquiring real estate.

As a member of the Elliman Florida team, Olga has a distinguished background in international luxury real estate, successfully representing clients from diverse regions including Russia, Scotland, Bolivia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Asia, Israel, the Middle East, and the United States. She began her career in 1996 with CB Richard Ellis Noble Gibbons, a leading property services firm in Moscow, where she quickly built a robust network of international clients and business connections while assisting Fortune 500 companies in their expansion into Russia.

Olga's journey to the United States began when she organized the Russian Ballet's tour of "The Nutcracker." She earned her New York real estate license in 1998, leveraging her business acumen and personal background to excel in brokering transactions involving residential homes, condominiums, multifamily buildings, mixed-use properties, and redevelopment opportunities in New York's vibrant market. To enhance her property valuation expertise, she obtained her New York Real Estate Appraiser Assistant license in 2002.

In 2006, Olga expanded her credentials by acquiring her Florida Real Estate Broker license after purchasing a beautiful condominium in Fort Lauderdale, followed by another in Boca Raton. This transition allowed her to immerse herself in the dynamic South Florida luxury real estate market. Her international experience, combined with her knowledge of both New York and Florida markets, positions her to effectively address her clients' diverse needs.

Additionally, Olga holds a Florida State Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee license and prepares narrative valuation reports for commercial properties under the supervision of M. Martin, MAI, owner of Diversified Real Estate Consulting Corp.

Originally from Moscow, Olga has been immersed in ballet since the age of eight, performing on prestigious stages such as the Bolshoi Theater and the Kremlin. Her first visit to the United States at 24, during the ballet tour, sparked her love for Florida.

Olga is passionate about real estate and travel, with a keen interest in art and architecture. She appreciates the unique characteristics that define each city's style. An active member of the Ferrari and Maserati Club, she enjoys boating, golfing, and spending time by the ocean.

Palm Beach County's real estate market represents one of Florida's most dynamic and diverse property landscapes, stretching from the Atlantic coastline to the agricultural heartland of the Everglades. With 46,591 total actively licensed agents serving this expansive region, the market demonstrates both incredible opportunity and intense competition. What makes this particularly remarkable is that all 46,591 agents maintain current email contact information, reflecting the tech-savvy, fast-moving nature of South Florida's real estate industry.

The sheer density of real estate professionals in Palm Beach County tells a compelling story about market velocity and consumer demand. This concentration of agents serves everything from luxury oceanfront estates in Palm Beach proper to affordable starter homes in suburban communities, creating a complex ecosystem where specialization and local expertise become crucial differentiators in an increasingly crowded marketplace.

Major Palm Beach County, Florida Real Estate Markets

The county's real estate activity centers around several distinct metropolitan areas, each with unique characteristics and price points. West Palm Beach anchors the urban core with its revitalized downtown, luxury condominiums, and growing tech sector, while coastal communities like Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Jupiter command premium prices for their beachfront properties and resort-style amenities. Wellington has emerged as a premier equestrian destination, attracting international buyers seeking horse properties and polo club memberships.

Surprising growth has occurred in previously overlooked areas like Lake Worth, Boynton Beach, and Greenacres, where younger buyers and investors are discovering value plays close to major employment centers. The western communities of Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee, and Belle Glade offer more affordable options while still providing access to the county's amenities, creating diverse opportunities for agents specializing in different market segments and buyer demographics.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Palm Beach County's real estate market operates across dramatically different geographic zones, from barrier islands with strict development limitations to inland areas experiencing rapid suburban expansion. Seasonal fluctuations significantly impact inventory and pricing, with winter months bringing an influx of international and out-of-state buyers who drive up competition for premium properties. The county's appeal to retirees, families, and young professionals creates multiple submarkets operating simultaneously with different price pressures and inventory challenges.

Climate resilience has become an increasingly important factor, with buyers paying premiums for properties with hurricane-resistant construction and flood mitigation features. The market has also seen surprising strength in luxury rural properties, as remote work trends allow buyers to choose larger lots and custom homes in previously less desirable western areas, fundamentally reshaping traditional real estate value propositions throughout the region.

Why Businesses Need Palm Beach County, Florida Agent Contact Data

Financial services companies, mortgage lenders, and insurance providers require direct access to Palm Beach County's extensive agent network to efficiently market their products in this high-volume market. With nearly 47,000 agents actively working deals, companies that can effectively reach this audience gain significant competitive advantages in loan originations, policy sales, and financial product placement across diverse market segments.

Technology companies, marketing agencies, and real estate service providers need comprehensive agent contact data to introduce new tools, services, and platforms that can help agents succeed in this competitive environment. The fact that all agents maintain current email addresses makes digital marketing campaigns more effective, allowing businesses to segment by geographic focus, specialization, or experience level to deliver targeted messaging that resonates with specific agent populations.
