Oliver and Yolanda have been dedicated to the real estate industry since 1993, successfully completing over 1,500 transactions. They established St. Germain Properties with the goal of delivering an exceptionally high standard of service for clients buying or selling their homes.

Oliver represents multiple builders in Isle of Palms and Mount Pleasant, facilitating the introduction of new construction projects to the market. He also specializes in luxury home sales in Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, and Mount Pleasant. Prior to his current role, he served as the CEO of Tuscany Financial, a mortgage brokerage and settlement firm operating across seven states.

Yolanda focuses on staging luxury homes to enhance their appeal to potential buyers and assists clients relocating to the area. Together, they are active real estate investors, having personally bought and sold more than 30 properties.

Residing in Mount Pleasant, Oliver and Yolanda are the proud parents of three well-mannered sons.
