Olivia Hsu Decker, a prominent figure in the luxury real estate market, has garnered significant recognition throughout her career. Born in Shanghai, China, Olivia's diverse upbringing spanned across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Italy, and France before she settled in San Francisco in 1975. She is the co-owner of Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty, which boasts 26 offices across the San Francisco Bay Area, from Silicon Valley to Napa Valley, covering 16 cities in between.

Olivia's expertise in luxury real estate dates back to 1979. In the 1980s, she distinguished herself as the top agent at Merrill Lynch Realty, ranking first among 16,500 sales associates nationwide. She furthered her education with an international real estate study at the University of Oxford in 1990 and co-founded Decker Bullock Realty with Bill Bullock in 1991. In 2007, she acquired the Sotheby's International Realty franchise and rebranded it as Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty. Today, her firm ranks fourth among Sotheby's International Realty affiliates globally, achieving a sales volume of $5.91 billion in 2020.

Throughout her career, Olivia has successfully managed over $3.2 billion in property sales, leveraging her unique sales acumen and extensive connections with affluent clients. By combining the global reach of Sotheby's International Realty with her own vast network, she consistently pairs exceptional homes with discerning buyers.

In addition to her real estate endeavors, Olivia is an active investor, having owned, restored, and sold notable properties such as Château de Grimaldi in Aix-en-Provence and Château de Villette in Paris. She currently owns four luxury residences in Belvedere and London.
