About Pamela Gimenez

**Pamela Gimenez**
**Real Estate Professional**
**Flagler County Association of REALTORS Board Member (2020-2021)**
**President, Women’s Council of REALTORS, Flagler County Chapter (2022)**

Originally from Montevideo, Uruguay, Pamela Gimenez relocated to the United States in 1990 with her high school sweetheart. Their immediate affection for Palm Coast has only deepened over the years.

Pamela and her husband operated a successful landscaping and irrigation business for many years. However, in 2011, her husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and he passed away three years later, leaving her with two cherished daughters. This life-altering experience motivated Pamela to pursue a career in real estate, enabling her to assist others in discovering their dream homes and embracing the Florida lifestyle. She is passionate about showcasing the area's walking and biking trails, public parks, beach access, and abundant outdoor activities.

As a dedicated real estate agent, Pamela works full-time with both buyers and sellers, guiding them through the complexities of the real estate process. Her goal is to help clients transition from "today's dream" to "tomorrow's move."

In addition to her professional commitments, Pamela actively volunteers within the real estate community. She served as the Chair of the Young Professionals Network at the Flagler County Association of REALTORS in 2019 and currently holds the position of Local Board Secretary for the Women’s Council of REALTORS, Flagler County Network. Her role as a Board Member of the Flagler County Association of REALTORS is an elected position with a two-year term.

Pamela primarily focuses on properties between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, including Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, and Ormond Beach. For clients interested in areas outside her service region, she is prepared to refer them to qualified agents.

Pamela's primary objective is to assist clients in making one of the most significant decisions of their lives: finding their dream home. Whether upgrading for a growing family, downsizing for an empty nest, or enjoying retirement in Florida, she is committed to providing exceptional service. Contact Pamela today to begin your journey toward homeownership.

Flagler County's real estate market represents one of Florida's most dynamic and rapidly evolving landscapes, stretching along 19 miles of pristine Atlantic coastline between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. This relatively young county, established in 1917, has experienced remarkable transformation from a sleepy coastal region to a thriving residential destination that attracts everyone from retirees seeking oceanfront luxury to young families drawn by affordable inland communities.

The market's strength is reflected in its professional infrastructure, with 2,758 total actively licensed agents serving the county's diverse needs. Remarkably, all 2,758 agents maintain email connectivity, demonstrating the market's tech-forward approach and accessibility for modern real estate transactions.

Major Flagler County, Florida Real Estate Markets

Palm Coast dominates Flagler County's real estate activity as the largest city, featuring master-planned communities like Grand Haven and Hammock Dunes that command premium prices for their golf course and oceanfront properties. The city's unique canal system and European Village create distinctive market segments that appeal to luxury buyers. Meanwhile, Flagler Beach offers a more intimate coastal experience with its charming downtown and direct beach access, while Bunnell serves as the county seat with more affordable options and historic character.

The western portions of the county, including areas around Espanola and Korona, represent emerging markets with significant development potential. These inland communities offer larger lots and rural lifestyles while maintaining proximity to coastal amenities, creating unique opportunities for buyers seeking space and value. The Intracoastal Waterway properties command their own premium market segment, particularly in the Hammock area.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Flagler County's real estate market operates across distinctly different price tiers and buyer demographics, from oceanfront estates exceeding $2 million to starter homes under $200,000 in western communities. The county's barrier island properties face unique considerations including flood zones and hurricane insurance requirements, while inland areas deal with different environmental factors like wetlands and conservation easements. This geographic diversity creates specialized knowledge requirements for agents serving different market segments.

Seasonal fluctuations significantly impact market dynamics, with winter months bringing increased activity from northern buyers and summer presenting opportunities in the local market. The county's proximity to major employment centers in Jacksonville, Orlando, and Daytona Beach creates interesting commuter market dynamics, while its appeal to retirees drives steady demand in age-restricted communities throughout Palm Coast and surrounding areas.

Why Businesses Need Flagler County, Florida Agent Contact Data

Mortgage lenders, title companies, and real estate service providers require comprehensive agent contact information to effectively penetrate Flagler County's specialized market segments. With agents spread across coastal luxury markets, inland family communities, and emerging development areas, businesses need targeted outreach capabilities to connect with the right professionals serving their ideal client demographics.

Home improvement contractors, insurance providers, and property management companies particularly benefit from direct agent relationships, as Flagler County's unique coastal environment creates specific service needs around hurricane preparation, flood mitigation, and luxury property maintenance that require knowledgeable professional networks to access effectively.
