With deep roots in the Triangle area of North Carolina since 1982, this seasoned real estate professional has been actively engaged in the industry since 2001. Initially recognized as an award-winning agent with a prominent national franchise, she transitioned to become a Broker/Partner at a local real estate firm. In 2013, she established Smith Pearson Realty, where she has since led a dedicated team that not only assists residential buyers and sellers but also represents several local builders.

Her extensive background includes a 13-year career in Human Services, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Currently, she is furthering her education by pursuing a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications at West Virginia University.

Outside of her professional endeavors, she values time spent with her husband and two children, enjoys the companionship of her Bichon Frise named Jazz, and actively participates in community service. Her interests also include reading, shopping, traveling, and engaging in her church activities, all while enjoying jazz and neo-soul music.
