Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Parker Pemberton and I'm a partner in The Pemberton Group at Coldwell Banker a real estate group in Apple Valley for more than 35 years I specialize in helping first time buyers and move up buyers in finding their dream homes and helping homeowners get the absolute most for their homes

After living in Apple Valley for 30 years having been born and raised here I know the market and our inventory like the back of my hand Having grown up in a real estate family I have been involved in thousands of real estate transactions and hundreds of transactions at the professional level

After graduating from Apple Valley High School I was recruited to the University of New Mexico on a golf scholarship I graduated from UNM in 2009 with a degree in Business Communications and a minor in Business Management After college I started my first business grew it for a number of years and sold it before entering into the real estate industry These are some of my proudest moments and stepping stones into my real estate career
