Professionals who need direct access to working real estate agents in Contra Costa County turn to this list for one reason: it gets results. Mortgage lenders, title companies, and insurance providers use it to pitch services directly to the agents who influence their clients' decisions. PropTech companies rely on it to demonstrate tools to an active, local audience. Recruiters use it to identify experienced agents worth poaching. Continuing education providers use it to fill course seats before license renewal deadlines hit.

When you buy a Contra Costa County real estate agent email list, you are not guessing at who works in this market — you are reaching {{AGENT_COUNT}} verified, actively licensed agents with confirmed email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also have cell phone numbers on file. That combination of volume and verification is what separates a productive campaign from a wasted budget.

Why Buy a Contra Costa County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the California Department of Real Estate licensing database, so you are never working with fabricated or scraped data. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire dataset is rebuilt from scratch twice a year. That discipline produces a 96% deliverability guarantee — a number that cheap list vendors simply cannot match because they are not doing the ongoing maintenance required to earn it.

Dr. Bill has been in this business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists in that time. The experience shows in the structure of the data. You can filter by state, county, city, or zip code — and no other vendor offers zip code-level segmentation within Contra Costa County. That granularity alone justifies the purchase for anyone running a geographically targeted campaign.

How to Use This Contra Costa County Agent List

Cold email is the most scalable use case. Load the list directly into platforms built for outreach at volume — Zap Contact at zapcontact.com is purpose-built for this and handles deliverability, follow-up sequences, and compliance cleanly. Beyond email, the cell phone data supports direct SMS or call campaigns, and the full records can be used for LinkedIn audience matching to reinforce your message across channels.

Segmenting by license type sharpens your results significantly. Separating broker licensees from sales agents lets you tailor your pitch — brokers control vendor relationships and influence entire offices, while sales agents are often the better target for individual services like CE courses or personal insurance products. Direct mail append is also available for campaigns that benefit from a physical touchpoint.

Why Contra Costa County, California Agent Data Matters

Contra Costa County covers a diverse and densely populated stretch of the East Bay, including active markets in Walnut Creek, Concord, Antioch, Richmond, Brentwood, and Pleasant Hill. Each city has its own agent community, transaction volume, and buyer profile. A campaign built on zip-level targeting inside this county reaches the right agents in the right submarkets instead of drowning your message in a statewide blast.

With {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents operating across these cities, the addressable audience here is substantial enough to support serious outreach campaigns. Local targeting at this scale means your cost per meaningful contact drops while your relevance to the recipient goes up — which is exactly why county-level lists consistently outperform broader geographic pulls.
