Frances Whitman has been a licensed real estate professional in Kentucky since December 1981. She began her career with Frances Whitman/Paul Semonin, where she served until June 1986. In May 1984, she achieved her broker's license, further solidifying her expertise in the field. Over the years, Frances has held key positions at several prominent firms, including Coldwell Banker Justice Real Estate from July 1987 to December 1996, and Coldwell Banker Associates Realty from January 1997 to March 2003. Since April 2003, she has been an integral part of Weesner Properties.

Frances holds a Bachelor of Arts from Marshall University and an MBA from the University of Kentucky.
