Pattie has been a dedicated real estate professional since 1974, navigating various market conditions, including both buyer's and seller's markets. Her resilience was particularly evident in 1980, a challenging year marked by interest rates soaring to 16%, during which she achieved her highest sales. This experience solidified her belief that success in real estate is attainable in any market.

Pattie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts & Sciences, with a minor in English, from Rosary College in River Forest, Illinois. Following several years of teaching high school theater and speech, where she directed numerous plays and musicals, she transitioned into sales. Her passion for architecture and her commitment to helping clients meet their needs naturally led her to a career in real estate.

At just 22, Pattie quickly became the leading listing and selling agent at Coldwell Banker-Thorsen's Glen Ellyn office. To enhance her expertise, she pursued her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and obtained her broker's license, supplemented by coursework in finance and appraisal.

In 1982, Pattie embarked on a rigorous joint study program at John Marshall Law School and Rosary College, aiming for both a law degree and an MBA. Despite the demands of her studies and preparation for the bar exam, she maintained her status as a top producer at Coldwell Banker.

Pattie graduated with honors from John Marshall Law School with a Juris Doctor degree and from Rosary College with a Master’s in Business Administration in 1985. Currently, she serves as a full-time Broker Associate with BHHS KoenigRubloff Realty Group in Glen Ellyn, consistently ranking in the top 3% of Realtors in the Glen Ellyn/Wheaton area and among the top producers within her firm.

In addition to her real estate practice, Pattie specializes in real estate law, focusing on development and contract law. She has also developed and constructed homes as a General Contractor under her company, Renaissance Homes.
