A native of Mill Valley, Pat Miller developed a love for the outdoors while riding horses on Mount Tamalpais. After completing her education at Marin Catholic High School, she attended the College of Marin and began her career as a Community Service Officer with the San Rafael Police Department. Following her move to Rohnert Park, Pat transitioned to a role as an assistant at Pisenti and Brinker CPA's.

Since marrying in 1979, Pat has made Rohnert Park and Cotati her home. She holds several prestigious designations, including Associate Broker, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Fine Homes Specialist, Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Pat actively contributes to the North Bay Association of Realtors as a member of the Professional Standards Committee and frequently participates in Realtor conduct hearings.

Her accolades include the "Ralph Jones Humanitarian Award" from the Rohnert Park-Cotati Chapter of Realtors in 2002, and she served as Chairman of the North Bay Association of Realtors in 2000. Pat has been recognized as "Realtor of the Year" for her local chapter in both 1996 and 2011. In 1989, she was honored as the "First Year Outstanding Sales Associate" at Prudential California Realty in Santa Rosa. Since becoming a Realtor® in 1989, Pat has consistently ranked as a top producer.

In December 2010, she joined CENTURY 21 Classic Properties, where her dedication to quality service and customer satisfaction earned her multiple company awards in 2011. Pat has also received the "Chairman's Circle Gold Award" from Prudential Real Estate, recognizing her as one of the top 3% of sales professionals nationwide. Beyond her real estate career, Pat is an active Rotarian and a past president of the Santa Rosa 99s, an international organization for women pilots, as well as a devoted member of her church.

Born and raised in Sonoma County, Katie Miller holds an Associate of Science degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Santa Rosa Junior College and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast and Electronic Communications from San Francisco State University. Following her academic pursuits, she gained valuable experience at KPIX Radio in San Francisco and developed a strong background in technology sales with companies such as New Relic, Talkdesk, Square, and Revel.

Encouraged by her family, Katie embarked on a career in real estate, driven by her passion for the community. A lifelong resident of the North Bay, she enjoys golf, hiking, and showcasing the best that Sonoma County has to offer to her clients. Katie holds several professional designations, including Broker, CRS, e-Pro, GRI, REALTOR®, and SRES, reflecting her commitment to excellence in real estate.
