I grew up on a family farm near Blooming Prairie MN with two sisters and two brothers I graduated from college with a B S Degree in Art Education and taught high school art in Adrian MN for eight years I began my real estate career in Winona MN in 1976 working out of a VW Bug Shortly after I moved to Northfield I am entering my 41st year selling real estate

I have two wonderful grown sons Chad married to my fabulous daughter-in-law Brenda lives in Reno NV My "genius" grandson Drew who plays soccer and enjoys karate Legos and has many friends to keep him entertained Son Ryan and daughter-in-law Nicole moved to Northfield from San Francisco a few years ago They have my other grandchildren Finn and Avery

Over the years I have been active in the community working with the Learning Styles Task Force for the Northfield Schools Northfield Chemical Health Task Force Police Advisory Board Laura Baker Board of Trustees and the Northfield Union of Youth Currently I am on the Board at Ruth's House a transitional home for the homeless and abused
