About Patricia Cain

Patricia has spent the majority of her life on Long Island, relocating to Strongs Neck in Setauket in 1998 with her husband and their two young children. Both of her children are recent graduates of Ward Melville High School and are now pursuing their college education. While nurturing her family, Patricia also established herself as a decorative artist and actively participated in numerous fundraising initiatives through the PTA.

Over the past 17 years, Patricia and her family have become integral members of the Three Village Community, dedicating countless hours to various local events. She currently serves as a trustee for the Three Village Historical Society and chairs both the Candlelight House Tour and the Long Island Apple Festival. In recognition of her commitment, Patricia received the Maggie Gillie Memorial Award from the Historical Society in 2013 for her exemplary service.

Her involvement extends to the local beach association in Strongs Neck, where she has held various leadership roles and currently serves as President. Having lived in diverse neighborhoods across Long Island, from Rockaway Beach to the Three Villages, Patricia takes pride in her Long Island roots and is eager to assist clients with their real estate needs.
