Patti Burch brings three decades of business and sales expertise to her real estate career, which began in 2012. Her rapid ascent in the field was marked by receiving the Rookie Realtor of the Year award in Nassau County just a year later. Leveraging her strong business insights and comprehensive understanding of the local market, she has consistently ranked among the top 5% of realtors in the area.

A Florida State University alumna with a degree in Business, Patti relocated to Amelia Island 21 years ago, where she raised two children while maintaining a full-time career. Notably, she spent seven years as the Regional Sales Manager for the original Amelia Island Plantation Company, focusing on convention sales. Patti is also a dedicated FSU parent, with both her son and daughter currently pursuing their undergraduate degrees there.

In addition to her professional commitments, Patti is deeply involved in her community. She has made significant contributions to the Fernandina Beach High School Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors for Micah's Place.

Outside of her real estate endeavors, Patti enjoys a variety of water sports, including scuba diving, kayaking, boating, and fishing.
