About Patricia Lynn

Patty, originally from Virginia and raised in New Jersey, has called the greater Daytona area home since she was 15. An honors graduate of Seabreeze High School, she earned her Associate's Degree from Daytona Beach Community College (now known as Daytona State College) and pursued her passion for law by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

Following her graduation, Patty pivoted her career path when she joined her father's pool company in New Smyrna Beach. Through dedication and hard work, she became a 50% shareholder before selling her stake in 1990. After a brief tenure at a local law firm, she launched her own business, Splash Zone Pools, which she successfully sold at a strategic moment. Her career then transitioned into accounting and computer system analysis, ultimately leading her to discover her true calling in real estate. Patty expresses her enthusiasm for the field: “Helping clients navigate the complexities of finding their dream home and managing the mortgage process is a passion of mine. My attention to detail and commitment to guiding clients through negotiations are skills I initially honed in law, and real estate fulfills me on many levels.”

In 2009, Patty joined Realty Pros Assured, where she currently oversees the Port Orange office of this expanding firm, which boasts over 190 Realtors. During the downturn in the real estate market in 2012-2013, she took a brief hiatus to enhance her expertise by obtaining her NMLS Mortgage Loan Origination license across more than 30 states. This qualification allowed her to work as a Forensic Loan Underwriter for Digital Risk, a contractor for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, providing her with invaluable insights into the underwriting process.

Patty resides in Port Orange with her husband, a firefighter and paramedic, and their three sons, all of whom have graduated from college—two from Florida State University and one from the University of South Florida.

A dedicated member of her community, Patty actively contributes her time and resources to various charitable organizations, including:

- Treasurer and Secretary of the Women’s Council of Realtors (2016-2018)
- Realtor’s Sold 4 The Cause
- South Daytona/Port Orange Chamber of Commerce
- Volunteer for Port Orange Family Days
- American Cancer Society
- Incoming Chair of the DAABOR Grievance Committee (2019)
- Member of the DAABOR Realtor-Attorney Committee
- Former Guardian Ad Litem
- Past member of the Parent-Teacher Advisory Board for Spruce Creek High School
- Former PTA volunteer at Horizon Elementary and Silver Sands Middle Schools
- Former Treasurer for the Daytona Beach Seminole Boosters
- Former President and Treasurer of the Vineyards Homeowners Association

Patty's commitment to her clients and community underscores her reputation as a trusted real estate professional.

Volusia County's real estate market represents one of Florida's most fascinating coastal economies, stretching from the Atlantic Ocean inland through diverse communities that each tell their own housing story. With 9,272 actively licensed real estate agents operating throughout the county, this market demonstrates remarkable depth and professional engagement that reflects both tourist-driven demand and permanent resident growth patterns.

The sheer scale of professional representation becomes even more striking when considering that all 9,272 agents maintain email contact information, indicating a tech-savvy, digitally connected real estate community. This level of digital engagement suggests a market that's evolved beyond traditional transaction methods, embracing modern marketing techniques and client communication strategies that serve an increasingly sophisticated buyer base.

Major Volusia County, Florida Real Estate Markets

Daytona Beach anchors the county's real estate activity as both a motorsports destination and beachfront community, creating unique pricing dynamics where race week demand influences annual market cycles. Deltona represents the county's largest city by population, offering more affordable inland housing options that attract families and retirees seeking proximity to coastal amenities without oceanfront price tags. New Smyrna Beach has emerged as a premium coastal market, known for its artsy downtown and consistent surf breaks that command higher property values.

The geographic diversity extends through Port Orange's family-friendly suburban developments, Ormond Beach's historic charm mixed with modern amenities, and DeBary's newer master-planned communities. Each market segment operates with distinct seasonal patterns, where winter months typically see increased activity from snowbird buyers and investors, while summer months focus more heavily on permanent resident transactions and local moves.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Volusia County's real estate landscape operates across multiple micro-markets, where beachside properties command premium pricing while inland communities offer value propositions that attract different buyer demographics. The county's position between Orlando and Jacksonville creates interesting commuter market opportunities, particularly in western communities like DeLand and Orange City, where buyers seek small-town charm with reasonable access to major employment centers.

Surprising market trends include the growth of short-term rental investments throughout coastal areas, driven by vacation rental demand that has fundamentally altered traditional residential neighborhood dynamics. The county's extensive waterfront access, including both oceanfront and riverfront properties along the St. Johns River system, creates pricing tiers that can vary dramatically within short geographic distances, requiring agents to maintain expertise across vastly different property types and market segments.

Why Businesses Need Volusia County, Florida Agent Contact Data

The extensive network of 9,272 licensed agents with email accessibility represents tremendous opportunity for service providers, technology companies, and financial institutions seeking to connect with active real estate professionals. This digitally connected agent base indicates readiness to engage with innovative tools, marketing services, continuing education programs, and professional development opportunities that can enhance their market effectiveness.

The geographic complexity and seasonal market variations create ongoing demand for specialized services, making Volusia County's agent network particularly valuable for businesses offering solutions that address multiple market challenges simultaneously.
