Trish obtained her California Real Estate License in May 2005. Initially, she began her career as both a loan officer and Realtor, but she later concentrated her efforts exclusively on real estate. Her background in the lending industry provides her with a unique perspective that sets her apart from her peers.

Throughout her career, Trish has represented a diverse clientele, including buyers, sellers, renters, and investors. Her portfolio encompasses a wide range of properties, from small condominiums and single-family homes to multi-unit vacation rentals, as well as expertise in reverse mortgage purchase loans and 1031 exchanges.

Trish is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Resort & Second-Home Specialist (RSPS), and holds the Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP).

She earned her Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and pursued graduate studies at both the University of Kansas and San Diego State University.
