Broker Associate Patrick O'Connor has been a licensed real estate professional in Florida since 1978. Originally hailing from New Orleans, he moved to Florida in the mid-1970s to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance at the University of South Florida. His extensive background as a property appraiser, combined with his education and decades of experience in real estate, equips him to offer clients insightful and realistic evaluations of the ever-evolving market.

Growing up in New Orleans, a city celebrated for its rich cultural heritage, music, and cuisine, Patrick developed a deep appreciation for the arts and history.
