Broker Associate Patrick O'Connor has been a licensed real estate professional in Florida since 1978. Originally hailing from New Orleans, he moved to Florida in the mid-1970s to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance at the University of South Florida. His extensive background as a property appraiser, combined with his education and decades of experience in real estate, equips him to offer clients insightful and realistic evaluations of the ever-evolving market.

Growing up in New Orleans, a city celebrated for its rich cultural heritage, music, and cuisine, Patrick developed a deep appreciation for the arts and history. He and his wife, Brenda, who serves as the Executive Director of Marketing and Membership for the Naples Yacht Club, are actively involved in various community initiatives and philanthropic endeavors.

Patrick holds the position of President of the Collier County 100 Club and is a member of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). He also serves as a Guardian for the Collier County Honor Flight and is a dedicated volunteer first responder. His leadership capabilities were recognized through his graduation from Leadership Collier and the Leadership Institute.

In acknowledgment of his community contributions, Patrick received the Volunteer of the Year award from the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and was honored with the Naples Man of Distinction Award by The Education Foundation of Collier County. He is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, holding the CRP designation.
