About Patrick Hare

Patrick has been an integral part of the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors since 1989 and has served as a Broker Associate since 1992. Originally from Maryland, he relocated to Florida to pursue his education at Miami Dade College and the University of Florida, earning a degree in Architecture. Following his studies, Patrick acquired valuable experience in architecture, building construction, and land surveying.

As a consistent multi-million dollar producer, he has been recognized as a past member of the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society. Outside of his real estate endeavors, Patrick is passionate about the natural landscapes of North Florida.
