Patrick earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania, complemented by double minors in Management and Marketing. Following graduation, [he/she/they] embarked on a consulting career in the healthcare sector, which involved substantial travel. This experience underscored [his/her/their] deep connection to Maryland, prompting a return to the Annapolis area to establish a new professional foundation.

In 2012, Patrick became a licensed Realtor, quickly building a robust network and a successful career. [His/Her/Their] initial foray into real estate was with an investment brokerage focused on home renovations.
