She has successfully represented sellers across various property types and has a strong background in negotiating short sales, holding a certification in Short Sale and Foreclosure. Additionally, she is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, adept in handling trusts and probate sales.

Her expertise extends to residential investment properties, where she represents both buyers and sellers, and she is knowledgeable about 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, as well as business and agricultural property sales.

For over 20 years, she has collaborated with Tina Deller, together providing exceptional service to sellers navigating short sales in both the current market and during the early 1990s. Their partnership also includes representing lenders in REO sales. Their primary focus is the four-county Sacramento region—Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, and Yolo counties—though they have successfully assisted clients from San Diego to the Oregon border.
