About Patrick Morgan

Patrick, a graduate of Appalachian State University, has developed a deep appreciation for the High Country, which he and his family proudly call home. Originally from the Triad region of North Carolina, his transition to college life in the mountains was seamless, and his decision to remain in the area was equally effortless. Together with his wife Angie, a native of the High Country, they are raising their son Jennings in one of the most picturesque regions of the country.

With a family background in construction, development, and real estate, Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients, integrating these elements into his professional practice.

In his leisure time, Patrick takes full advantage of the diverse outdoor activities the mountains offer. He enjoys motorcycle rides along the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, fly fishing in the cool mountain streams, skiing in winter, and leisurely floating down local rivers. When he ventures beyond the High Country, he embraces scuba diving as a refreshing change of pace.

As an alumnus of Appalachian State, Patrick actively engages with the university community by attending sporting events, particularly football games at The Rock, and participating in alumni gatherings.

Patrick has held various leadership roles within the High Country Association of REALTORS and was honored to be named REALTOR of the Year in 2009.
