About Patrick Lynch

Pat transitioned to full-time real estate sales after dedicating over two decades to a supervisory role with the Tampa Police Department. His interest in real estate began in his teenage years, when he assisted his employer in renovating distressed properties, engaging in what is now commonly referred to as "flipping." He further developed his expertise through a two-year apprenticeship in a residential building program.

His journey in real estate investing commenced with the purchase of his first property, a duplex that provided immediate rental income to help offset his mortgage. Pat subsequently acquired vacant land prior to the last market downturn, successfully selling it before the decline. Currently, he owns three historic mixed-use commercial buildings, actively undertaking much of the rehabilitation work himself. While he enjoys seeking out investment opportunities, his true passion lies in guiding others to discover their own real estate bargains.

In addition to his real estate endeavors, Pat served for eight years as a Trustee on the Tampa Fire & Police Pension Fund, where he held the positions of Vice-Chairman and Chairman. In these roles, he managed a substantial investment fund valued at $1.7 billion and chaired the real estate investment committee, overseeing the development and sale of over 1,700 acres of commercial and industrial property. Under his leadership, the final segments of this project were sold at a remarkable 20% premium over their appraised value.
