A lifelong resident of Atmore, Alabama, Patty began her sales career in 1976 and transitioned to real estate in 1998. In 2013, she took a bold step to establish PHD Realty. Over her 22 years in the industry, Patty has garnered numerous awards for her exemplary service and commitment to her clients. Notably, she has received the Top Gun Award from the Pensacola Bay Area Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors for her outstanding sales performance over the past 13 years. Additionally, PHD Realty was recognized as the Best of the Best Real Estate Company by Atmore Advance from 2014 to 2020. Patty is actively involved in her community, serving as a member and former President of the Atmore Lions Club. She also supports various local initiatives in Flomaton and Century. She is married to Jerry Davis and is a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. In her leisure time, Patty enjoys attending her grandchildren's sporting events and singing in the choir at Atmore First Assembly of God.
