Patty earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Data Processing from Dyersburg State Community College, where her career began at Wal-Mart. After marrying her high school sweetheart, Paul, Patty transitioned into a role as a Human Resource Manager at Hamilton-Ryker, further honing her skills in leadership and service. The couple later relocated to Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where Patty worked as an Administrative Assistant in the lease car division at Nissan Motor Manufacturing Corporation. Following the birth of their two sons, Derek and Ryan, Patty made the decision to focus on family, dedicating two decades to being a stay-at-home mom. During this time, she actively engaged in her community through various organizations, including the PTO, PTA, Cub Scouts, and the West Georgia Home School Association, becoming a leader and mentor to many families.

As her children grew, Patty reignited her passion for real estate, specializing in single-family homes. She understands the significance of continuous education and has pursued several professional certifications, including Military Relocation Professional (MRP) in 2013, Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) in 2015, and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) in 2015.
