About Paul Locatelli

Since 1889, the Locatelli family has played a pivotal role in the cultural landscape of the Bay Area. Their legacy includes the establishment of Locatelli Brothers Lumber and vineyard businesses in the Santa Cruz Mountains during the early 1900s, as well as the founding of Colombo Bakery, a cherished institution in Oakland. Paul Locatelli is also the nephew of the late Friar Paul Locatelli, S.J., who notably served as President of Santa Clara University for two decades.

Over four generations, the Locatelli family has contributed to the region's history through a steadfast commitment to hard work, strong family values, and community service. A native of Santa Cruz, Paul embodies these principles, applying them in both his personal and professional life.

With over a decade of experience, Paul has established a reputable real estate practice, both as an individual agent and as the owner of one of Santa Cruz's most innovative residential brokerages.
