Following his time at KPMG, Paul dedicated over ten years to the Pebble Beach Company, where he served as both Director of Finance and Director of Revenue Management. His expertise in negotiation, analysis, and customer service played a pivotal role in generating annual revenues exceeding $100 million.

Paul's entry into real estate began as a resort real estate consultant, where he conducted feasibility studies for luxury housing developments across Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, and Mexico. He has since transitioned to residential real estate, offering clients a distinct advantage through his comprehensive business acumen. His strategic approach focuses on effectively matching buyers with listings, ensuring homes are sold swiftly and at optimal prices.

Residing in Carmel Woods with his wife Amanda and their son Liam, Paul cherishes the beauty of his surroundings. The family enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and biking in Big Sur, as well as tennis, swimming, home improvement projects, cooking, and traveling. A former competitive golfer, Paul is currently rediscovering his swing while also coaching his son’s local soccer, basketball, and baseball teams.
