About Paul Grisanti

Paul Grisanti is a seasoned Real Estate Broker with over three decades of expertise in the Malibu region. Currently, he holds the position of Land Director at Coldwell Banker’s Malibu offices and collaborates with his wife, Sara, as Assistant Manager of the East Malibu office. His leadership skills were recognized during his four-year tenure on the Company’s President’s Committee, and he earned a place in the prestigious Chairman’s Circle of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in 1996. Coldwell Banker has consistently acknowledged his outstanding performance, ranking him among the top 100 agents in California in 1997, 2004, 2005, and 2008. Additionally, he was appointed to the International President’s Elite for his exceptional production from 1998 to 2003. Among a network of over 64,000 sales professionals across 35 major metropolitan areas, Paul ranks among Coldwell Banker’s Top 1000 agents.

In a landmark transaction in 2005, Paul represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of a 26-acre parcel adjacent to Malibu Bluff Park, listed at $26 million. This transaction marked the largest subdivision sale in Malibu history facilitated by a single agent.

In December 1992, the Malibu Board of Realtors honored Paul as their “Realtor of the Year” for his advocacy on property rights issues affecting local homeowners before the City Council and various task forces. He was also one of the original ten members of the General Plan Task Force, which was responsible for developing the city’s General Plan, serving until January 1992 when he resigned to pursue a City Council seat.

Paul has established himself as a Subdivision Specialist, having sold several significant developments in Malibu. Notably, in 1990, he served as the listing agent for Paradise View Estates, now known as Ramirez Mesa, a gated community featuring ten lots with homes averaging 6,000 square feet on over one-acre parcels. In 1989, he facilitated the sale of a 180-acre parcel in Latigo Canyon, which was subdivided into 19 lots known as The Citadel. When the partnership sought to sell these parcels, Paul was entrusted to list them as a package. In 1998, he successfully sold the entire subdivision to a partnership that developed the gated community of Malibu Pacifica, which includes Latigo Bay View Drive and Calicut Drive. In 2001, he was selected by the developer to market the individual homes within this community.

In 2000, Paul listed a five-lot subdivision in a private gated community, now referred to as Broad Beach Lane, which comprised two 50-foot parcels, one 55-foot parcel, one 35-foot parcel, and one 200-foot parcel, all situated on the prime sandy stretch of Broad Beach.

Paul holds a degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was a letterman on the UCSB Crew team and served as President of the Rowing Club. He began his real estate career in 1977 with a Salesman’s license, obtaining his Broker’s license in 1981. His commitment to community service is evident through his roles as a charter member and past president of the Kiwanis Club of Malibu, as well as his two terms on the Malibu Township Council and two terms as a Board Member of the Malibu Chamber of Commerce. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Public Works Commission for the City of Malibu.

Mr. Grisanti has played a pivotal role in addressing the challenges posed by the Interim Zoning Ordinance on new construction and remodeling projects. His in-depth understanding of the individual council members, the General Plan, and the city staff has proven invaluable to his clients and colleagues alike.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in the Los Angeles metro area, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders prospecting for referral partners, title and escrow companies building agent relationships, PropTech platforms launching in Southern California, CE providers marketing continuing education courses, insurance companies selling E&O or renters coverage, and recruiters targeting licensed talent all rely on verified agent contact data to drive their outreach. A targeted email list cuts through the noise and puts your message directly in front of the professionals who can act on it.

When you buy a Los Angeles County real estate agent email list, you are investing in a direct channel to {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, including {{CELL_COUNT}} agents with cell phone numbers on file. Whether your campaign is local, regional, or you need to drill down by city or zip code, this data gives you the geographic precision to match your service territory exactly.

Why Buy a Los Angeles County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Our data is sourced directly from the California Department of Real Estate and cross-referenced against multiple verification layers before it ever reaches your download. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is rebuilt from the ground up twice a year. That process is why we back every list with a 96% deliverability guarantee — something cheap data brokers selling stale CSV files simply cannot offer.

We have been in business since 2005 and have sold over 31,000 lists to clients ranging from solo mortgage brokers to national PropTech platforms. That track record matters when you are trusting a vendor with your campaign budget. Our Los Angeles County list is also available segmented by state, county, city, or zip code — and no other vendor on the market sells agent data at the individual zip code level within the county.

How to Use This Los Angeles County Agent List

The most common use is cold email outreach sent through a dedicated sending platform. We recommend cold-email platforms built for high-volume prospecting, and our data integrates cleanly with tools like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com, which is designed specifically for this type of outreach. You can also use the mailing addresses for direct mail campaigns or the cell phone numbers for SMS and call campaigns targeting agents in specific zip codes.

For more sophisticated campaigns, upload the list to LinkedIn for matched audience targeting, or segment by license type to separate broker-owners from sales agents under a brokerage. Broker-owners make buying decisions differently than agents do, and that distinction alone can double your response rates.

Why Los Angeles County, California Agent Data Matters

Los Angeles County spans dozens of distinct markets — from Beverly Hills and Santa Monica to Long Beach, Pasadena, Burbank, and the San Gabriel Valley — each with its own agent community and professional culture. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents across the county, a statewide California blast means the majority of your sends land outside your actual service area and dilute your results.

Local targeting lets you speak to agents who work the neighborhoods your business actually serves. A lender in Glendale does not need to pay for contacts in San Diego. Zip-code-level filtering means your message reaches the right agents in the right communities, and your cost per meaningful response drops accordingly.
