About Paul Zachos

Paul Zachos, a native of Decatur, Georgia, has cultivated a successful career in real estate and homebuilding. After completing his education at Clarkston High School, he pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at Valdosta State University. To finance his studies, Paul worked alongside family members in the construction industry while juggling various jobs.

Initially, Paul embarked on a sales career but soon realized his passion lay in real estate. He gained valuable experience with John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, contributing to high-end developments such as North Hampton and East Hampton in Cobb County. Subsequently, he took on the role of project manager at Sharp Residential in the Bradshaw Farms Subdivision, where he oversaw the construction of approximately 60 custom homes, many of which were situated on the golf course.

In 2000, Paul founded Hillcrest Homebuilders, through which he has successfully constructed over 200 homes, with prices ranging from $300,000 to $1.6 million. His portfolio includes numerous award-winning custom homes commissioned by a diverse clientele, including professional athletes, executives, restaurant owners, pilots, and medical professionals. As a licensed contractor in Georgia, Paul continues to engage in both residential and commercial construction and remodeling projects, leveraging his extensive experience to enhance real estate transactions.

Joining Keller Williams in 2010, Paul quickly distinguished himself, ranking in the top 20% of one of the highest-producing offices in the South during 2014, 2015, and 2016. He also provides invaluable support to colleagues by assisting in the evaluation and repair of homes based on third-party inspection reports, facilitating quicker sales at optimal prices.

Paul is actively involved in the real estate community as a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and serves as President of the Westside Homebuilders Association. He co-founded Faith in Action, a ministry dedicated to aiding the underprivileged, and holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Douglas County Homeless Shelters. Additionally, he is the Construction Manager for the Douglas County Disaster Recovery Committee and serves on the Board of Trustees for the First United Methodist Church, where he is also an Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scout Troop 631.
