He began his real estate career in 1996 by founding Realty Services and Vacation Properties (RSVP), which focused on leasing and property management. In 1998, Paul joined Del Mar Realty Associates, where he collaborates with his wife and business partner, Elizabeth, in residential sales, leasing, and property management. In 2004, he earned the e-Pro designation, reflecting his expertise in technology within the real estate sector. Paul further advanced his qualifications by obtaining his Real Estate Broker's license in 2016 and currently oversees the tech administration at San Diego Real Estate Services.
