About Paul Sliwka

Paul has dedicated his career to the field of residential real estate, a passion that began in childhood. Growing up in Washington, D.C., he has been actively involved in real estate investment in the region since 1984 and has served as an agent and Associate Broker since 1989. As the Principal Broker, Paul specializes in listing and selling a diverse range of properties—including homes, townhouses, condos, and co-ops—catering to a loyal clientele across the metropolitan area and various price points.

A graduate of Georgetown University, Paul earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1985, which he leverages to provide comprehensive advisory services to both home sellers and buyers. His development projects include Browns Court (1992), Berrett School Lofts (1998), Carriage Row (2000), and 1209 O Street NW (2002), the latter of which earned him the Mayor’s Award for Excellence in Design.
